Diagnosis and treatment methods for hepatitis C negative conversion

As we all know, the liver is the most important detoxification organ in our body, so it is better to eat less livers of many animals. After all, they contain more toxins. So if you want to have a healthy body, you must have a healthy liver. However, there are indeed more and more types of liver diseases nowadays. Here I will introduce some methods for checking hepatitis C.

1. Anti-hcv (hepatitis C antibody test): Antibodies are produced by the body's immune cells in response to viral infection or vaccines. Antibodies circulate in the blood and usually remain throughout life. The hepatitis C antibody test determines the presence of the virus by testing for the presence of hepatitis C antibodies, rather than testing the virus itself.

Since it takes about three months from the invasion of hepatitis C virus to the production of hepatitis C antibodies, false negatives may occur in the first three months of hepatitis C infection. If a person has a poor or suppressed immune system (as is the case with AIDS), a false negative result may also occur because the body is unable to produce antibodies. Therefore, people with poor immune systems should undergo nucleic acid PCR testing to check whether they have hepatitis C.

2. HCV-RNA (polymerase chain reaction test (PCR)): This test detects the actual presence of hepatitis C virus in the blood. This is a very sensitive test that can detect the virus within two weeks of infection. There are two types of HCV-RNA tests:

a) Qualitative: This is the most sensitive test and can easily detect the presence of the virus in the blood. The test result is either positive (the virus is present) or negative (the virus is not detected)

b) Quantitative: This test measures the total amount of virus present in the blood (also called viral load). The result of the test is how many "copies" there are.

First: Hepatitis C virus RNA test. By checking the amount of HCV-RNA, it is possible to determine whether the patient is currently infected with the hepatitis C virus, as well as the amount, replication, and infectiousness of the virus. This is one of the tests for hepatitis C.

3: B-ultrasound or liver puncture examination. These two tests can be used to determine whether liver cirrhosis will develop. Because the risk of liver cirrhosis due to hepatitis C is high, it needs to be taken seriously. This is also a common test for hepatitis C.

4: Hepatitis C antibody test. A positive hepatitis C antibody result needs to be taken seriously, as it is possible that the person has been infected with the hepatitis C virus. A negative result is generally not a big problem, as this is the most basic test for hepatitis C.

5: Liver function test. Directly judge the extent of liver damage, understand the liver's damage, synthesis capacity, metabolic capacity, and reserve capacity, etc. This is also a test for hepatitis C.

The above is a relatively comprehensive method for checking for hepatitis C. The transmission routes of hepatitis C include blood transmission and sexual transmission, so all we need to do is to eliminate the disease at the source, pay attention to our personal hygiene, and actively get vaccinated to prevent hepatitis C from invading our bodies. We can also eat more vegetables and exercise to enhance our body's resistance.
