Can bronchitis cause chest tightness?

We all know that bronchitis is one of the more common diseases of the respiratory tract. Some people think that they have bronchitis when they experience chest tightness. So can bronchitis cause chest tightness?

Bronchitis can cause chest tightness. Bronchitis is a respiratory disease caused by inflammation, which can be acute or chronic. The acute form usually occurs after a cold or flu and may cause sore throat, nasal congestion, low-grade fever, cough, and back pain. Chronic bronchitis is often caused by long-term smoking and may cause difficulty breathing, wheezing, paroxysmal coughing and sticky sputum. Repeated attacks of chronic bronchitis can develop into chronic emphysema, which causes loss of lung elasticity and inability to fully exhale gas from the lungs. Emphysema is often difficult to cure and may turn into chronic cor pulmonale over time. Patients with bronchitis need to pay attention to nutritional supplements in their diet to get conditioning and treatment.

Traditional treatment

Traditional treatment is mainly to improve one's own physical fitness and the function of internal organs, to enhance one's own disease resistance and restore one's own organ function, so that patients can effectively prevent recurrence and stay away from diseases. Bronchitis is a common disease with cough, sputum and wheezing as the main symptoms, so there are two main aspects of treatment measures.

1. Vaccination

The tracheitis vaccine is usually used before the outbreak season and is injected subcutaneously once a week. The dose starts at 0.1 ml and increases by 0.1 to 0.2 ml each time until 0.5 to 1.0 ml is the maintenance dose. If it is effective, it should be used for 1 to 2 years. Nuclear casein injection (culture medium of measles virus vaccine) is injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously twice a week, 2-4 ml each time; or BCG injection is injected intramuscularly 3 times a week, 1 ml each time (containing BCG extract weighing 0.5 mg). The medicine should be used before the disease season and can be used continuously for 3 months to reduce the incidence of colds and chronic bronchitis. Biostim (glycoprotein extracted from Klebsiella pneumoniae) is used for the first treatment of 8 days, 2 mg/d, and then stopped for 3 weeks; the second treatment is 8 days, 1 mg/d, and then stopped for 3 weeks; the third treatment is 8 days, 1 mg/d, and the course of treatment is 3 months. Can prevent chronic recurrent respiratory tract infections.

2. Strengthen physical exercise to improve your quality and disease resistance

Strengthen physical exercise to improve your physical fitness. You can choose medical exercises, Tai Chi, Five Animal Exercises and other items according to your own physical condition. Persisting in exercising can improve the body's disease resistance. The amount of activity should be moderate without obvious shortness of breath, accelerated heartbeat and excessive fatigue. Patients with chronic bronchitis should do appropriate physical exercise during the remission period to improve the body's immune ability and the reserve capacity of the heart and lungs. Of course, strengthening exercise alone is not enough. It is necessary to use some commonly used medical devices in China, actively wear an asthma treatment belt to regulate and improve the functions of internal organs. Based on the theory of meridians and acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine, it acts on the Ren and Du meridians, the hand Taiyin lung meridian, the hand Shaoyin heart meridian, as well as the Xinshu, Feishu, Tanzhong, Dazhui and other acupoints to fundamentally regulate the functions of internal organs and achieve the purpose of regulating Qi, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm, promoting lung function and relieving asthma, and relieving inflammation and pain.
