Eight-month fetal movement

Eight-month fetal movement

Normal couples need to have children, and children are an important bond between couples. At the same time, it is a particularly difficult process for women to get pregnant, because during this period women will not only experience various discomforts in their bodies, but also face various unexpected risks. Among them, the belly of a pregnant woman in her 8th month of pregnancy is already big enough to affect her normal mobility, but will the frequency of fetal movement be very frequent during this period?

How many fetal movements does the eight-month-old fetus have?

Whether the fetus moves a lot at eight months depends on the condition of the fetus. Sometimes the fetus is very active and there will be more fetal movements, and vice versa.

1. In case of frequent fetal movements, it is considered to be caused by calcium deficiency. You need to get more sun exposure. You can also take cod liver oil drops and calcium gluconate oral solution for treatment. The absorption rate of calcium in food is relatively low in the body. Even milk, which is the easiest to digest and absorb, has a low calcium absorption rate. The absorption rate of other calcium-containing foods is even lower.

2. Fetal movement refers to the movement of the fetus in the uterine cavity that impacts the uterine wall. After 4 months of pregnancy, that is, from the 5th month, the mother can clearly feel the movement of the fetus. The fetus stretches its hands, kicks its legs, and hits the uterine wall in the uterus. This is fetal movement. The number, speed, strength, etc. of fetal movements indicate the safety of the fetus. Fetal movement is the movement of the fetus in the mother's womb. Normal obvious fetal movements should be no less than 3 to 5 times per hour, and more than 30 to 40 times in 12 hours. During the day, there are two peaks of fetal movement, one is between 7 and 9 in the morning, and the other is between 11 pm and 1 am the next day. At other times, especially in the early morning, fetal movements are relatively rare. The general rule is no less than 3 to 5 times per hour, and the fetal movement is about 30 to 40 times every 12 hours.

3. As long as the fetal movement is regular, rhythmic, and does not change much, it proves that the fetal development is normal. Normal fetal movement indicates that the placenta is functioning well, that the fetus is receiving sufficient oxygen, that the fetus is growing and developing healthily in the uterus, and that the fetus is moving happily. If the fetal movement is too frequent or too little, it is a sign of hypoxia in the baby. Abdominal pain during fetal movement is generally not a big problem. If regular abdominal pain is accompanied by a hard belly, it may be a sign of threatened premature birth. It is recommended to go to the hospital immediately to monitor fetal heart rate changes. If necessary, check with color ultrasound to understand the baby's development, the condition of the placenta and amniotic fluid, and whether there is umbilical cord around the neck. If there are signs of hypoxia, it is recommended to give oxygen regularly, lie on the left side, and closely monitor fetal heart rate changes.
