Adolescents are often troubled by acne on their faces. From the perspective of modern medicine, as long as acne is not caused by a specific virus but is caused by a temporary imbalance in hormone adjustments during the growth process, there is no need to worry. Just pay attention to the following points in your daily life.

1. Develop the habit of exercising for 30 minutes every day. Moderate exercise can promote metabolism and has good effects on the body and its skin, but you must persist.

2. Eat more fresh vegetables, such as carrots, spinach, etc., which can enhance the body's resistance to bacteria; while green peppers and cauliflower have antibacterial effects and can improve acne symptoms.

3. Avoid fast food, snacks, and midnight snacks to avoid constipation.

4. Avoid staying up late, because staying up late for a long time can cause great harm to the skin. If you don’t want to get acne, no matter how busy you are at work or study, you should go to bed at 11 o’clock at the latest. Skin metabolism usually takes place between 11pm and 2am. Sufficient sleep can protect and maintain the skin.
