Osteoporosis precautions

Osteoporosis is generally divided into two categories, one is primary osteoporosis and the other is secondary osteoporosis. The clinical manifestations of osteoporosis are easy fractures and bone pain. Osteoporosis will shorten the patient's stature and cause the patient to have a hunchback. Osteoporosis can also cause symptoms of decreased respiratory function in patients.

There are many causes of osteoporosis. Some people suffer from endocrine problems, some suffer from liver problems, and some kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, and rheumatoid arthritis can also lead to osteoporosis.

Osteoporosis is mainly divided into primary and secondary. In addition to idiopathic primary osteoporosis, it is divided into type I and type II. Type I, also known as postmenopausal osteoporosis, is a high-conversion type, and its main cause is estrogen deficiency; type II, also known as senile osteoporosis, is a low-conversion type due to aging. Osteoporosis is caused by many factors. Its basic pathological mechanism is the defect in the coupling of bone absorption and bone formation during bone metabolism, which leads to an imbalance in calcium-phosphorus metabolism in the human body and a gradual decrease in bone density, causing clinical symptoms.

Osteoporosis is a relatively common orthopedic disease. If you accidentally develop osteoporosis, in addition to conventional medical treatment, experts recommend that you can easily treat osteoporosis by doing the following in your daily life.
