3: Eat more vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C, especially citrus, grapefruit, green pepper, cabbage and potatoes, which can reduce the risk of lung cancer, esophageal cancer and stomach cancer.

4: Eating more cruciferous vegetables, such as cabbage, cauliflower, and longan, can effectively prevent gastric cancer, respiratory cancer, and other chemically induced malignant tumors.

5: Eliminate excess fat in the diet. Both saturated and unsaturated fats should be limited, preferably to less than 30% of total calories. This can reduce the incidence of breast cancer, colon cancer, and prostate cancer.

6: Control your weight and avoid being overweight or underweight. Obese people are more likely to develop uterine cancer, gallbladder cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, kidney cancer and stomach cancer. Therefore, you should pay attention to a balanced diet and persistent exercise. If necessary, you can consult a professional doctor or sports expert. The key is to persevere.

7: Avoid eating pickled, smoked, grilled and fried foods to reduce esophageal cancer.

8: Drink in moderation and don't drink excessively. This can prevent oral cancer, laryngeal cancer and liver cancer. Other stimulating beverages should not be consumed excessively.

9: Do not eat food that is too hot, too salty, burnt, charred, or contaminated with harmful chemicals.

10: Do not eat too fast or too full, and try to avoid eating the same food repeatedly.

2. Cancer prevention and tumor prevention should start from daily life

Starting from life, in addition to paying attention to medical care, balanced nutrition, adequate rest and sleep, regular daily life, avoiding excessive fatigue and extreme joy and sorrow, and maintaining a positive and optimistic mood, more attention should be paid to diet.
