There are more than a thousand types of skin diseases, and the causes and symptoms of various skin diseases are also different. Common skin diseases include pruritus, dermatitis, vitiligo, psoriasis, and sexually transmitted diseases include scabies, acne, folliculitis, eczema, urticaria, skin itching, etc. In medicine, skin diseases are diseases related to the skin and are one of the common and frequently occurring diseases that seriously affect people's health, such as leprosy, scabies, fungal diseases, bacterial skin infections, etc. Skin disease is a pathological process in which the skin (including hair and nails) changes in morphology, structure and function after being affected by internal and external factors, and produces various clinical manifestations accordingly. The incidence of skin diseases is very high. Most of them are mild and often do not affect health, but a few are severe and can even be life-threatening. Patients with skin diseases should not drink alcohol or stimulating beverages, and should not eat irritating spices such as peppers, onions, ginger, garlic, etc. These foods tend to stimulate the sensory nerves and cause unnecessary harm to this group of people.

There are too many types of skin diseases. Patients with skin diseases must go to a regular large hospital for examination and treatment in time to avoid delaying the disease. Many skin diseases are related to nutritional deficiencies. Eat more high-protein foods, such as fish, chicken, milk, etc., and pay attention to the combination of coarse and fine grains. Vegetables and fruits are indispensable for patients with skin diseases.
