What to do with pharyngitis and vomiting? Three folk remedies can help you effectively relieve

For patients suffering from pharyngitis, vomiting symptoms are inevitable. Generally speaking, after this symptom appears, they can choose the following three dietary remedies for treatment.

1. Sugarcane ginger drink

Sugarcane is called "sugar water warehouse". It is juicy and sweet. The amino acid derivative it contains can reduce the sensitivity of our pharynx, eliminate the symptoms of local pharyngeal mucosal edema and congestion, and promote the regeneration of the mucosal layer and submucosal cells. In addition, the polysaccharides and organic acids contained in sugarcane can help relieve dry mucous membranes, reduce phlegm and relieve coughs. The gingerol and zingerone contained in ginger have a certain effect on the sympathetic nervous system, which can slow down the peristalsis of our pharyngeal smooth muscles and achieve an antiemetic effect. Using sugarcane and ginger together has anti-inflammatory and antiemetic effects.

Preparation method: Take 200 grams of sugarcane and 25 grams of ginger. Peel the sugarcane and slice it. Chop the ginger. Squeeze the two into juice. Drink 20 ml before meals, 3 times a day, for two weeks.

2. Mint Rock Sugar Porridge

Ingredients: mint, rice, rock sugar

Method: Wash the japonica rice, pour it into the pot, add water, boil it over high heat, and simmer it over low heat. Wash the mint and add it when the porridge becomes thick. Then add rock sugar, boil it again and stir well.

3. Olive tea

Ingredients: Green tea, olives

Method: Cut the olives into two halves (keep the pits as well), put them into a cup together with green tea, pour in boiling water, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
