Fibrocystic breast disease is the most common breast disease in women, and its incidence ranks first among breast diseases. Cysplastic breast disease is the physiological proliferation and incomplete involution of normal mammary lobules, which disrupts the normal structure of the mammary gland. It is a pathological hyperplasia and is neither an inflammatory nor a tumor disease. So how should it be treated? ①Bloodletting therapy: Target positioning method: Divide the breast into several areas, divide it into three equal parts using the distance from the anterior axillary line to the midline of the chest, draw parallel lines at one-third and two-thirds to divide it into three areas: outer, middle, and inner. Touch the painful points and masses in the breast and select the acupuncture points for bloodletting at the target area. The acupuncture points on the same side should be used accordingly, i.e. the acupuncture points on the right limb should be used for the right breast and the acupuncture points on the left limb should be used for the left breast. If the breast lump is in the outer area, choose Zhongzhu point; if the lump is in the middle area, choose Xiangu and Zusanli point; if the lump is in the inner area, choose Taixi point, and if the pain extends to the armpits, choose Zulinqi point; if the pain is below the base of the breast, choose Dadun point; if there are symptoms such as chest tightness and shortness of breath, choose Shaochong and Shaoshang (bilaterally) points. Acupoint bloodletting method: first touch and check the breast to determine the breast pain point or the area of the lump for target positioning, then find the corresponding acupoint, disinfect it with iodine cotton balls, and use a No. 7 syringe needle to prick the acupoint skin to cause bleeding. The amount of bleeding should be 7-8 drops. After the bleeding is finished, use iodine cotton balls to disinfect and wipe off the blood stains. Do this once a day. ② Hot compress with Chinese medicine: Put 1000g of ground Chinese medicine (artemisia annua, herbaceous vine, safflower, myrrh, zedoaria, sodium dapoxetine, cinnamon, white mustard, aconite, etc.) in a basin, add appropriate amount of white wine and vinegar, mix well, put into two cloth bags, steam in a steamer for 15 minutes, take out, and place on the lumps on both sides of the breast for fumigation and hot compress for 30 minutes, preferably with slight sweating, once a day. 1.4 Efficacy standards: Efficacy standards shall be formulated in reference to the "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines (Trial)". (1) Clinical cure: Lumps and breast pain disappear, and there is no recurrence within 3 months after stopping medication. (2) Significant effect: The maximum diameter of the lump is reduced by more than 1/2 and breast pain disappears. (3) Effective: ① The maximum diameter of the lump is reduced by less than 1/2, and the breast pain is relieved; ② The lump is reduced by more than 1/2, but the breast pain is not relieved. (4) Ineffective: ① The lump does not shrink, or instead grows larger and harder; ② Simple breast pain is relieved, but the lump does not shrink. |
