8. Histopathology: The epidermis is hyperkeratotic, the stratum corneum is basket-shaped, the granular layer and the spinous layer are thickened, and many vacuolated cells can be seen in the upper part. The cell body is large and the nucleus is located in the center.

Prevention and treatment

1. Apply 5% 5-Fu cream, 3% peptide butylamine cream, 0.1% retinoic acid cream on the wart surface

2. Take 30g each of Atractylodes macrocephala, Cyperus rotundus, Isatis root and Sophora flavescens, decoct them in water and wash the affected area while it is still hot, or make a powder with the above ingredients and apply it to the affected area, once a day.

3. For smaller lesions, liquid nitrogen freezing, electrocautery or laser treatment can be used.
