1. Pay attention to eye hygiene.

Don't work in front of the computer for too long. You should relax your eyes periodically. Long-term exposure to the computer may lead to symptoms such as dry eyes and low sensitivity. At the same time, you should maintain a correct posture when operating the computer. It is best to place green plants or a humidity regulator in front of the computer desk to purify the surrounding environment.

2. Eye exercises

Do eye exercises every day to relieve eye fatigue in a timely and effective manner. Doing them accompanied by music will have better results, and soothing music is more conducive to relieving nervous tension.

3. Regular inspection

Have your eyes checked regularly to prevent eye diseases. Especially in the hot summer, it is easy to cause eye diseases. For conjunctivitis, a common eye disease, eye drops should be applied on time several times a day and adequate sleep should be maintained. It is best not to bend over or lift heavy objects to avoid causing eye discomfort.

4. Diet

Eat more green foods, especially fruits, vegetables, carrots and other foods rich in vitamin A. In addition, you also need to eat foods containing vitamin B1 such as eggs, milk and vegetables, as well as foods rich in vitamin C such as grapefruit, tomatoes, dates, kiwi and green vegetables to nourish your eyes and maintain normal physiological functions of the eyes.

5. Wear glasses properly

Wear glasses appropriately. Especially when wearing contact lenses, they must be disinfected regularly and at regular intervals. Be careful when wearing them and avoid being reckless to avoid scratching your eyes. At the same time, when wearing glasses, do not do overly intense exercise. If you are engaged in intense running, it is recommended that you take off your glasses to prevent accidental eye damage.
