Also, pay attention to foot hygiene, keep it dry, wash your feet frequently every day, and change your socks frequently. And when it itches, don't scratch it with your hands to prevent fungal infection in other parts of the body.

5. Pay attention to your diet. Eat less foods that can easily induce sweating, such as raw onions, raw garlic, and chili peppers.
