The symptoms of fasciitis are mainly manifested in these three aspects!

Myositis is a disease caused by cold, fatigue, and trauma. The main symptom experienced by patients is pain, such as local muscle pain or a feeling of pressure from heavy objects, ischemic pain, and fixed tender points.

1. Symptoms

⑴ Local muscle pain: chronic persistent soreness or dull pain, the pain is like a feeling of tightness or heavy pressure, and it may occur in the waist, back, sacrum, buttocks, legs, knees, soles of the feet, neck, shoulders, elbows or wrists.

⑵Ischemic pain: pain can be induced by local cold, general fatigue, or cold weather. The pain may wake you up in the middle of the night and cause stiffness and pain in the morning. The pain may be relieved after activity but often worsen after long hours of work or in the evening. The pain may also worsen when you are inactive for a long time, overactive, or even in a bad mood.

⑶ Fixed tenderness point: During physical examination, it is found that the patient has muscle tension, spasm, bulge, contracture or stiffness on one side or in some areas. The location of the tenderness point is often fixed near the origin and insertion of the muscle or at the junction of two groups of muscles in different directions. Painful nodules or painful muscle cords can be felt deep in the tenderness point.

⑷ There may be a history of injury to local or adjacent parts. Women are more likely to be affected than men.

2. Disease Hazards

If fasciitis is not treated in time, it will aggravate diseases such as lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, add more pain and increase the difficulty of treatment. In addition, patients often find it difficult to concentrate on studying and working due to low back pain, and many people even develop psychological problems such as anxiety and depression as a result. And as time goes by and the disease progresses, fasciitis can cause problems throughout the spine.
