What causes myocardial ischemia? Three causes are at work!

The incidence of myocardial ischemia is increasing, causing serious harm to the physical and mental health of patients. Experts analyzed that there are many causes of this disease, among which coronary artery sclerosis, left ventricular failure and low blood pressure are the most common causes.

1. Causes

1. Coronary artery sclerosis. Hardening of the aorta causes a decrease in blood flow, which increases the burden of blood flow to the heart, making it prone to ischemia, hypoxia, and energy deficiency, ultimately affecting the heart's blood absorption function. If the myocardium does not receive enough blood, very dangerous cardiogenic shock will occur. Acute myocardial infarction is often associated with this condition.

2. Left ventricular failure. Increased preload is an important physiological and pathological change of left ventricular failure. Reduced cardiac output, valvular heart disease, changes in blood viscosity, and increased cardiac oxygen demand can cause left ventricular failure and lead to reduced blood supply to the heart. Diseases of the myocardium itself can also reduce blood supply to the heart.

3. Lower blood pressure. A reduction in blood pressure can also impair diastolic function. The combination of poor contraction and poor relaxation can easily lead to low ventricular filling pressure and cause pulmonary congestion. Insufficient effective blood volume is caused by complex medication or various reasons. Myocardial ischemia causes the myocardium to stop contracting, and also causes metabolic disorders and abnormal myocardial electrical activity.

When we know the cause of myocardial ischemia, we no longer have to suffer from the incurable disease. The above three reasons are the main causes of myocardial ischemia. After reading the above information, have you mastered them?

2. Prevention

First aid treatment: Place Compound Danshen Pills under the tongue; lie flat to rest, or sit quietly outside with your legs straight.

The main medicines used in Western medicine are: Wenxinke tablets, Danshen tablets, Ciwujia tablets, Ganoderma lucidum tablets, and Panax notoginseng tablets.

The main Chinese medicines used are: 60 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 60 grams of Astragalus membranaceus, 20 grams of Chiling herb, 15 grams of Poria, 15 grams of Acorus calamus, 20 grams of Panax notoginseng, 10 grams of Polygonatum sibiricum, 25 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, and 20 grams of Acanthopanax senticosus. Note: Panax notoginseng should be fried together and not eaten raw alone. (For reference only, please ask your doctor for details)
