How to treat sweat stains on the body

Tinea versicolor is a complaint of tinea versicolor, a disease caused by a mild infection with fungi. Many factors may cause tinea versicolor, especially chronic infection and malnutrition. As for how to treat tinea versicolor, you should first pay attention to personal hygiene.

3. External rubbing

Soak 10g of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis and 10g of Cloves in 100ml of 50%-70% alcohol for one week and then apply externally.

4. Potions

Apply No. Ⅱ ringworm lotion externally 2 to 3 times a day. Apply dry myrrh powder twice a day.

5. Bath therapy

Sulfur bath, alum bath and tar bath can all be used. Ultraviolet radiation and sunbathing both have certain therapeutic effects.

Appendix: Ringworm medicine No. 1: 300g of Tuqin bark, 300g of Dafengzi pulp, 300g of Kochia scoparia, 300g of Cnidium monnieri, 150g of sulfur, 300g of Dictamni bark, 150g of Alum, 300g of Sophora flavescens, and 150g of camphor. 20000ml of 50% alcohol. Grind the bark of the Chinese hibiscus into coarse powder, mash the flesh of the big maple seed, grind the sulfur into fine powder, loosen the alum, and soak them in 50% alcohol. Add 8000ml for the first time, soak for 2 days, and then pour out the clear liquid; add 6000ml for the second time, soak for another 2 days, and then pour out the clear liquid; add 6000ml for the third time, remove the residue and take the liquid. Mix the three extracted solutions, dissolve camphor in 95% alcohol, and add it to the solution. Wait for the solution to become clear, and decant the upper clear liquid for later use.

No. 2 ringworm medicine: 1000g rice vinegar, 240g each of Stemona bulbus, Cnidium monnieri, and sulfur, 300g of Radix Sophorae Fructus, 6g of white arsenic, 60g of Cantharides, 36g of Cinnamomum camphora, 36g of talcum powder (or add 30g of salicylic acid, 100ml of glacial acetic acid, and 60g of aluminum acetate). First grind white arsenic, sulfur and calomel into fine powder, then soak them in a bottle or jar with other medicines and rice vinegar, and use them after 1 week.

6. Western medicine treatment of tinea versicolor

Topical use of keratolytic agents or other antifungal preparations, such as resorcinolone liniment or miconazole cream. Or use 20% to 40% sodium thiosulfate ointment twice a day for 2 weeks.

For large areas of tinea versicolor, ketoconazole should be taken orally, 200 mg once a day for 10 consecutive days. Fluconazole 50 mg once a day for 10 days. Itraconazole 200 mg is taken once a day for 5 to 7 days.

The remaining hypopigmentation after treatment recovers slowly to normal skin color, but exposure to ultraviolet light can speed up recovery.

Tinea versicolor is prone to recurrence or reinfection. The skin should always be kept clean and dry. Underwear, undershirts, sheets, pillowcases, etc. used by patients should be boiled and disinfected, or fumigated with formaldehyde (formalin).
