At this time, you can use rice vinegar for hot compress, which can promote blood circulation and relieve cervical pain.

In addition to hot compresses, using a hair dryer can also relieve neck muscle tension and soreness. When you feel pain in your cervical spine, you can try using a hair dryer at home to blow slowly towards your head and neck, using a temperature that your skin can adapt to. While blowing, turn your head and neck, up and down, left and right as much as possible. Five minutes is the best time. If you are afraid of affecting others, you can sew a cloth bag, put one or two pounds of coarse salt in it, heat it in the microwave before use, and then gently apply it to the painful areas of your neck and shoulders.

Looking up at the moon:

Stand with your feet and shoulders, head down to the sea: put your hands on your hips, head forward as far as possible, turn your body to look at your heels: head rotates backwards with the body to the maximum extent. Shoulders: put your hands on your hips, shoulders forward and as wide as possible, put your hands behind your back, look straight ahead, stretch forward, and slowly move downwards, stop turning left or right at the lowest point, and look at your heels. Turn your hands backwards, slowly raise your head, and when you raise it to the maximum extent, stay for 3 to 5 seconds. Swing in the direction of body rotation. Stay for 3 to 5 seconds.

Avoid the habit of using a high pillow in daily life, as this may accelerate cervical degeneration. During work, you should often exercise the blood circulation of your head and upper limbs, and stand up and move around more often, which is a good auxiliary effect in preventing and treating neck and shoulder pain. If you sit for a long time, it will cause fatigue of the entire muscle, followed by symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, and fatigue.
