Traditional Chinese medicine for removing dampness requires internal and external coordination

The reason why we say that we need to harmonize inside and outside is that there are two types of dampness. The first is external dampness, which is caused by humid climate, wading through water and rain, and a damp living room. External dampness will invade the body and form dampness. The second is internal dampness, which is a product related to the digestive function and forms internal dampness in the body. Therefore, we need to harmonize inside and outside to achieve the goal of removing dampness.

1. Papaya

It is often used to treat rheumatic pain and is especially important for those with tendon spasms. Papaya can also eliminate dampness and harmonize the middle burner.
