The prescription is Yougui Pills with modifications.

(III) Kidney Yin and Yang Deficiency Syndrome: Clinical manifestations include menstrual disorders, dizziness, tinnitus, forgetfulness, cold pain in the waist and back, pale tongue, thin coating, and deep and weak pulse. The prescription generally uses Erxian Decoction and Erzhi Pills. Commonly used Chinese patent medicines can be added or subtracted according to symptoms. For example, if symptoms of kidney deficiency are obvious, Liuwei Dihuang Pills, Qiju Dihuang Pills, Maiwei Dihuang Pills, Zhibai Dihuang Pills, Bawei Dihuang Pills and other Rehmannia Pills can be used; if symptoms of insomnia and irritability are obvious, Zhusha Anshen Pills, Baizi Yangxin Pills, Tianwang Buxin Dan, Anshen Anzhi Pills and other Anshen Pills can be used; if symptoms of depression are obvious, Jiawei Xiaoyao San can be used.
