It must be emphasized that Korean ginseng, whether it is red ginseng or raw sun-dried ginseng, must be consumed step by step and not too hastily to avoid poisoning caused by excessive intake. For example, you can use 2-4 grams at the beginning, observe the reaction after taking it, if it is ineffective or the effect is weak, increase the dosage appropriately after two days; if the effect is obvious, keep the original dosage and take it again after 2-3 days; if the reaction is strong, stop taking it or reduce the dosage.
