Male friends, if you have lower back pain and frequent urination, the first thing you should think of is prostatitis. Common causes of prostatitis are infection, holding back urine, excessive sexual life, lack of attention to hygiene, etc. You should pay attention to treatment and prevention, and exercise moderately in your daily life. 1. Infection factors (30%) : The pathogenic microorganisms in bacterial prostatitis are similar to those that cause urogenital tract infections. The most common pathogenic bacteria is Escherichia coli (E. coli), and a few are Proteus, Klebsiella, Enterococcus, etc.; Gram-positive bacteria have few chances of causing infection, and absolute anaerobic bacteria rarely cause prostate infection. The role of Gram-positive bacteria in etiology is still controversial. Most researchers agree that enterococci cause chronic prostatitis, but other Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Micrococcus, and Diphtheroids have a pathogenic effect on prostatitis. 2. Chemical factors (10%): The cause and pathogen of non-bacterial prostatitis are still unclear. The pathogen may be an unidentified pathogenic microorganism. Clinical studies in recent years have found that Chlamydia and Mycoplasma may be the main pathogens of chronic prostatitis, or it may be a non-infectious disease. Some people speculate that it may be "chemical" prostatitis caused by urine reflux into the prostate. 3. Immune factors (15%): Immunological research on prostatitis can be traced back to the initial discovery of antibody-coated bacteria and the existence of anti-prostate antibodies through the study of immunoglobulins in prostatic fluid. Recently, animal models have been successfully used to simulate prostatitis as an autoimmune response process. It is encouraging that studies have found that bacterial products provide the initial antigenic stimulation in the pathogenesis of prostatitis, triggering a subsequent immune response process. 4. Other relevant factors (20%): Previous studies have found that sex hormone nutrition, past history of urinary tract infection, stress level, mental factors, allergies and sexual life, etc. are all potential factors causing prostatitis. In the research on the following related factors, there are more studies in Europe and the United States, but there is still a lack of systematic research in China. |
