How to prevent presbyopia, what are the methods

Many friends think that the occurrence of presbyopia is inevitable. In fact, if you know the knowledge of prevention in life, presbyopia may not occur. Because eye exercises can effectively enhance the flexibility and immunity of the eyeballs, you can browse below for more detailed methods.

How to prevent presbyopia in daily life

1. Acupressure

After waking up every morning, close your eyes and press the temples with the middle fingers of both hands, press the Yuyao point in the middle of the eyebrow with the ring finger, and point the little finger at the Zanzhu point on the inside of the eyebrow, and press appropriately. 5 minutes each time can relieve eye muscle fatigue.

2. Cold water eye wash method

Wash your eyes and face with cold water every morning and before going to bed. Soak your eyes in clean, cold water for 1 to 2 minutes or splash water around your eyes with your hands, then dry your eyes with a towel, and then gently rub the area around your eyes with your fingers about 30 times.

3. Eye movement method

Use blinking to stimulate the eye muscles, and roll the eyeballs up and down, left and right, and rotate them clockwise and counterclockwise to improve blood circulation in the eye muscles, invigorate and enhance the kinetic energy of the eye muscles, and delay aging. The specific method is to open and close your eyes and blink about 15 times each time, while gently rubbing your eyes with both hands to moisturize your eyeballs.

4. Hot compress eye protection

When washing your face, first soak the towel in hot water, close your eyes lightly, and apply it to your forehead and eye sockets while it is still hot. Exchange it several times. This will allow the blood vessels in the eyes to flow unobstructed and supply oxygen and nutrients to the eye muscles. When you have nothing to do, you can close your eyes, rub your palms together to warm them, place them on your eyes, and cover them gently for 1 minute.
