White particles on the foreskin

White particles on the foreskin

For men, if the inconspicuous foreskin develops a disease, it will also have a great impact on the body. If the foreskin is too long, surgery is required to improve it. If there are small bumps on the surface of the foreskin, it should also be taken seriously and treated after diagnosis by a doctor. Many men want to know, what to do if there are white particles on the foreskin? What harm does having such particles do to the body?

This disease does not cause any adverse consequences and generally does not require treatment. It is clinically believed to be related to excessive foreskin and chronic inflammatory stimulation. The clinical diagnosis mainly depends on the location and morphology of the rash; it is a sebaceous gland disease. The disease is due to physiological deformation and development of sebaceous glands. It is generally believed to be related to endocrine factors, local irritation or trauma. It usually occurs after puberty and is more common in middle-aged people. The disease occurs in various parts of the body. For men, it mainly occurs in the penis shaft, foreskin, frenulum, and rarely in the glans.

Moreover, the lesion is characterized by millet-sized flat papule-like lesions without obvious raised skin, which are distributed in clusters and are mostly light yellow or a few are light white. Some of them can merge into dense irregular patches with a smooth surface. They can be seen more clearly when the skin is stretched tight and feel like fine mud and sand when touched.

It may be balanitis, which can be caused by unclean sexual life and excessive foreskin. It can be caused by infection with Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Trichomonas, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, fungi, Gonorrhea or other bacteria; or because the foreskin is too long and not cleaned well, the unclean matter between the foreskin and the glans, namely smegma, will accumulate and irritate the local foreskin and mucosa to cause inflammation.

Pearly rash is often considered, and its clinical manifestations are 1 to 2 mm papules, light red or white, clustered and not fused; they appear smooth, roe-like or velvety in shape, and feel granular to the touch; there are usually no subjective symptoms.

Pearl rash has no effect on the body. It is a normal physiological phenomenon and the rash is self-limiting, so generally no treatment is required.
