It can relieve nasal congestion and runny nose symptoms during colds and enhance the body's resistance. 6. Radish soup: Wash and slice 150 grams of white radish, add 900 ml of water, boil until 600 ml, add 5 grams of sugar, drink one cup while hot, and then drink another cup after half an hour.

How to treat colds in pregnant women

Method 1: Traditional Chinese medicine can effectively control the cold virus and is non-toxic. Therefore, Chinese medicine's syndrome differentiation and treatment and Chinese medicine prescriptions are the best ways to treat colds in pregnant women. Method 2: For those with severe colds and high fever, in addition to general treatment, body temperature should be controlled as quickly as possible. Never take western medicines such as Analgin that have serious side effects. Method three: You can also use folk remedies, such as using a small handful of raw mung beans. Three sections of green onion (close to the root). Three large slices of ginger. One tablespoon of brown sugar. A bowl of water. Preparation method: ① Put the mung beans into a garlic mortar and mash them, put them into a large covered cup, and add a spoonful of brown sugar for later use. ② Add a bowl of water to the pot, bring it to a boil, put in the scallion and ginger slices and cook for a while (one or two minutes), pour the soup and ingredients into a covered cup, cover it with a lid and simmer for a while, then take out the scallion and ginger and serve. Directions: Before going to bed at night, drink the prepared sweet and spicy soup while it is hot, and then cover your head to sleep. Until you sweat all over.
