Traditional Chinese medicine treats schizophrenia, and folk remedies treat serious illnesses

There are many types of schizophrenia, and the symptoms are different. Most of them are chronic. 1. Gentiana and Curcuma treat schizophrenia

[Functions and indications] It can resolve phlegm and open the orifices, purge fire and clear the interior, resolve blood stasis and promote qi circulation. Mainly used to treat schizophrenia.

[Composition of the folk remedy] 10-15 grams each of gentian, turmeric, immature bitter orange, peach kernel, and poria, 8-12 grams each of arisaema and rhizoma jasminoides, 10-12 grams of scutellaria, 10-20 grams of akebia, 10-100 grams of rhubarb, and 10-45 grams of mirabilite.

[Usage and Dosage] Take 1 dose daily, 3 times a day, morning, noon and evening. One course of treatment is 10 doses, and the next course can be started after two days.

[Case Verification] This prescription was used to treat 50 cases of schizophrenia, and the results showed that 43 cases were cured, 5 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective. There were 16 cases who took 2 courses of medication, and 34 cases who took less than 2 courses of medication.

2. Rhubarb for schizophrenia

【Functions and indications】Mainly used to treat schizophrenia.

[Ingredients of the folk remedy] 60 grams of raw rhubarb.

[Usage and Dosage] Grind the raw rhubarb into fine powder, wash it with boiling water, and take it frequently after it cools down. This prescription is for 1 dose, 1 dose per day, and 10 doses in a row constitute a course of treatment.

[Additions and Subtractions] After the symptoms of this prescription have stabilized, you can use 10 grams each of processed Pinellia, Acorus calamus, Tangerine peel, and Citrus aurantium, 15 grams of Poria, 6 grams each of Arisaema consanguineum and roasted Licorice, decocted in water and taken, 1 dose per day.

[Case Verification] This prescription was used to treat 44 patients with schizophrenia. After 1 to 2 courses of treatment, 36 cases were cured, 3 cases were significantly effective, 2 cases were effective, and 3 cases were ineffective.

3. Phytolacca japonica juice treats schizophrenia

【Functions and indications】Mainly used to treat schizophrenia.

[Ingredients of the folk remedy] Appropriate amount of Phytolacca japonica.

[Usage and Dosage] Wrap the fresh root of Phytolacca americana with clean gauze, squeeze out the juice (do not add water), and take 10 to 40 ml of the juice on an empty stomach. You can take it for the second time after 1 week. Generally, 6 to 7 times constitute a course of treatment.

[Case Verification] This prescription was used to treat 52 patients with schizophrenia, among whom 11 were basically cured (3 cases of adolescent type, 7 cases of delusional type, and 1 case of single type); 23 showed significant improvement (5 cases of adolescent type, 17 cases of delusional type, and 1 case of single type); 14 cases improved, and 2 cases were ineffective. The overall effective rate is 96.5%.
