What causes urinary pain?

Many of our friends will experience some pain when urinating. After the urinary pain disease occurs, it will cause great harm to the human body. It may be caused by a certain organ of the body, so everyone must pay attention to it. The occurrence of urinary pain symptoms, urethritis, vaginitis and other disease symptoms can cause urinary pain. What causes urinary pain? What are the causes?

In the human excretory system, the kidneys are where urine is produced, the ureters are located upstream of the urinary tract, and the urethra is downstream of the urinary tract, which can excrete urine from the body. Therefore, in addition to the above factors, various diseases of the female reproductive system may cause urinary pain. Experts point out that endocervicitis, nonspecific vaginitis, candidal vaginitis, uterine fibroids, ovarian tumors, urinary stones, cancer that requires chemotherapy or pelvic radiation therapy can all cause urinary pain.

(1) Urethritis Urethritis directly affects urination. The inflammatory bacteria can spread in the urethra and is one of the main factors causing urinary pain.

(2) Endocervicitis

Endocervicitis in women causes congestion and edema of the cervix, easy bleeding when touched, increased yellow mucus and purulent secretions, and lower abdominal discomfort. These parts are closely related to the urethra and are all factors that cause urinary pain.

(3) Nonspecific vaginitis

The main symptoms of nonspecific vaginitis are massive shedding of the vaginal epithelium, congestion of the vaginal mucosa, obvious tenderness, and in severe cases, general fatigue and lower abdominal discomfort. The discharge is excessive and purulent or serous. The outflow of discharge irritates the urethra and causes severe urinary pain.

(4) Fungal vaginitis

The prominent symptoms of this disease are increased vaginal discharge and severe itching of the vulva and vagina, severe edema of the vaginal membrane, and the adhesion of white flaky films that are easy to peel off. In addition, the eroded base of the damaged mucosa or the formation of shallow ulcers can irritate the urethra and cause urinary pain.

(5) Uterine fibroids are benign genital tumors that are common in women aged 30 to 50 years old. The symptom is a lump in the lower abdomen. Bacteria on these lumps may invade the urethra through the reproductive tract and cause painful urination.
