What is the massage method for cervical spondylitis?

Cervical spondylitis is the abbreviation for cervical spondylitis. Also known as cervical radiculopathy and cervical disc herniation, it is a disease that has a great impact on people's life and work. Now more and more people are suffering from cervical spondylosis, and the disease tends to be younger and younger. Therefore, young people should pay attention to this and prevent themselves from suffering from cervical spondylosis at a young age. Correct massage techniques can relieve cervical pain.

1. Location of cervical reflex zone:

1. Hands: Located on the side of the thumbs of both hands near the palms;

2. Foot: Located at the inner end of the big toe of both feet.

2. Massage method :

1. Technique: Arch your index finger and thumb into a clamp shape, clamp the cervical vertebra reflex area, stretch forward, then rotate left and right, and then stretch forward again. Complete the above steps continuously and it counts as one time.

2. Strength: Medium.

3. Number of times: For prevention, count once in the morning and once in the evening, 8-10 times each time; for treatment, do it multiple times a day.

In order to increase the therapeutic effect, it is best to do cervical exercises after each massage. The method is: after sitting (standing) upright, first lower your head forward and gradually increase the degree of lowering until you can't lower it any further, then use force to lower it down once more; secondly tilt your head backward and gradually increase the degree of tilting backward until you can't lower it any further, then use force to tilt it backward once more; finally, tilt your head to the left and right respectively, and gradually increase the degree of tilting your head until you can't lower it any further, then use force to tilt it to the left (right) once more.

The benefit of cross-treatment is that it can cooperate with each other and promote the therapeutic effect. If you find this too troublesome, you can do the two separately, that is, focus on the massage and then do cervical exercises. But the number of times for both should be the same each time.
