Can the Iron Bark Maple be eaten for a long time?

Many people may not know what Ironbark Maple Dou is. In fact, it is a traditional Chinese medicine, so its medicinal effects and value are naturally relatively high. It can be used to make tea, or it can be used as an ingredient to cook porridge or soup. It has a very high health-preserving effect.

1. Ironbark Maple, it is a precious Chinese medicinal material and a second-level protected plant in China. It is a perennial herb with clumped, cylindrical stems, 10 to 30 cm high and 3 to 8 mm thick. Among the people, it is known as the "life-saving magic herb" and the "giant panda" in the medicine world. In some coastal cities in my country, such as Shanghai and Zhejiang, and especially in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Southeast Asia, it has been recognized as a high-end health product.

2. Eat fresh

In the past, when there were no antibiotics to reduce fever, fresh Dendrobium officinale was very effective in treating children's fever without the side effects of antibiotics. For fever caused by various fevers, just mash fresh Dendrobium officinale and swallow it with boiled water, or chew it directly, or boil it with boiling water and drink it, it can have a fever-reducing effect. It can also be used to treat toothache caused by deficiency of fire in adults.

3. Make tea

Crush Lao Yanshan Tiepi Fengdou (genuine) into powder, 3-5g/person/day, drink with boiling water, continue for 30 days to see special effects. You can also boil the iron maple pods in water for more than 30 minutes and use it in a recyclable manner. It can clear away heat, nourish yin and resist fatigue.

4. Dietary intake

You can add the Chinese wolfberry to your daily diet, such as stewed chicken or stewed pigeon. The following two examples are for reference: 1) Tiepi Fengdou porridge: 5 grams of Laoyanshan Tiepi Fengdou, 50 grams of glutinous rice, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. 2) Cordyceps and Cordyceps sinensis soup: a pair of raw scale insects, 5 cordyceps sinensis, 5 grams of Cordyceps sinensis, 200 grams of lean pork, and a corner of tangerine peel. (Efficacy) It nourishes yin, produces body fluid, and nourishes the liver and kidneys, suitable for both young and old.

5. Maple Leaf Stomach Clearing Drink

[Ingredients] 5g Laoyanshan maple, 12g bamboo shavings, 30g reed root, 15g dandelion, 10g Citrus aurantium, 15g Ophiopogon japonicus, 6g mint, 12g white peony root, 6g licorice.

[Usage] Decoction 300 ml of water, take once in the morning and evening, warm before meals. Take 5 doses per week.

[Efficacy] Light, cool and moist, regulates qi and relieves pain. Patients with chronic superficial gastritis and gastric ulcer with heat syndrome. Soak in wine and drink.

6. Yannian Tiepifeng Doujiu

250 grams of Laoyanshan Tiepi Fengdou, 60 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 30 grams of Achyranthes bidentata, 20 grams of Eucommia ulmoides, 20 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, and 10 liters of white wine.

[Efficacy] Low back and leg pain, fatigue and weakness, rheumatism, etc. Nourish the kidney, strengthen the muscles and bones, and eliminate fatigue.
