What are the symptoms of congenital anal impotence?

Anal impotence is a common disease of the anus. Some women often suffer from this disease. In addition to acquired diseases, congenital anal impotence also accounts for a large proportion of the anal impotence population. Congenital anal impotence refers to the condition caused by genetic inheritance, even if a newborn baby does not have any bad habits, he or she may suffer from anal impotence. So, what are the symptoms of congenital anal impotence?

Anal fistula is a fistula that develops near the anus and lower rectum. Anal fistula generally consists of three parts: the internal opening, the external opening and the fistula tract. The internal opening is mostly in the anal sinus near the dentate line of the anal canal; the external opening is on the skin around the anus, sometimes there is more than one; the fistula wall is composed of fibrous connective tissue. Anal fistula can occur at any age, but the incidence rate is higher in people aged 30-40. The course of the disease varies from several months to several decades.

The main symptoms of anal fistula are local pus discharge, itching and pain. In the early stage, there is a lot of pus discharge, which is yellow and thick, and has a strong fecal odor. Over time, the pus gradually decreases, sometimes appears and sometimes disappears, and becomes as thin as water. If you are too tired, the pus increases and feces may flow out. Sometimes the outer opening of the fistula can be temporarily closed, but the patient will soon have a fever, local swelling and pain, and the closed outer opening may be ruptured again. The symptoms will gradually disappear after the pus flows out. When anal fistula is unobstructed, there is generally no pain, only a local feeling of heaviness and distension. However, it may also cause pain due to a large internal opening and the flow of feces into the tube, especially when defecating or when there is inflammation. The constant irritation of the skin around the anus by pus can cause perianal pruritus, which may also be accompanied by perianal eczema. Acute inflammation or chronic complex anal fistula may be accompanied by systemic symptoms such as fever, anemia, weight loss and loss of appetite. The treatment of anal paralysis is mainly surgery, supplemented by medication.

This disease is equivalent to the categories of "anal fistula" and "anal fistula" in traditional Chinese medicine. The disease is mostly caused by the accumulation of damp heat, which leads to poor circulation of qi and blood around the anus. The damp heat and qi and blood fight against each other to form an abscess. After the abscess ruptures, the wound does not heal, or heals temporarily, but fester and rupture again over time, and the disease recurs repeatedly, thus forming anal fistula. There are also cases caused by internal injuries due to exhaustion. This type of anal fistula contains mostly clear and thin pus and takes a long time to heal.

Common clinical syndromes include:

① Positive symptoms: Hard cord-like objects may be seen locally, with a convex outer opening, thick pus, or accompanied by dry mouth, fever, constipation, dark urine, yellow tongue coating, and stringy and rapid pulse.

② Deficiency syndrome: There are no hard cord-like objects locally, the external opening is sunken, and the pus is latent. It is thin, accompanied by deficiency heat, night sweats, pale red tongue, and thin and rapid pulse.
