How to self-regulate mental health

How to self-regulate mental health

Mental unhealth is a rather general term. It includes many things, such as some quirks, some psychological disorders, etc. These are all considered mental unhealth. If one has self-awareness and some manifestations of mental unhealthiness appear, it will often lead to patients experiencing low self-esteem, irritability and other negative emotions. Therefore, one must make good self-regulation, and seek help from a doctor if the condition is serious.

1. Confession

Talking can achieve a balance between inner feelings and external stimuli, and avoid disasters and diseases. When you encounter misfortune, trouble and unpleasant things, don't be depressed and suppress it, bury your troubles deep in your heart, but trust these troubles to yourself. Talk to a calm and understanding person, either to yourself or to the animals around you.

2. travel

When a person is mentally unbalanced and distressed, he should go to nature. The air in mountainous areas or around the seaside contains more anions. Anions are essential substances for the survival of humans and animals. The more anions there are in the air, the more oxygen the organs and tissues of the human body get, the more powerful the metabolic function will be, the more enhanced the neurohumoral regulatory function will be, and it will help promote the health of the body. The healthier you are, the easier it is to be mentally calm.

3. read

Read books that interest you, books that make you feel relaxed and happy, and read them casually, just flipping through them casually. But if you grab a good book, you will love it and all the troubles in the world will be forgotten.

4. Listen to music

Music is the most beautiful language of human beings. Listening to good songs and relaxing and cheerful music can make people feel relaxed and at ease, immersed in happiness and joy and forget their worries. Singing loudly is also a kind of demeanor, a kind of elegance, and a call for longevity.

5. Seeking elegance

Refined hobbies include playing chess, cards, painting, fishing, etc. When you engage in activities you enjoy, your unbalanced psychology will naturally become balanced. "No matter what current troubles or future threats we face, once the pictures begin to unfold, they have no place on the brain's screen. They retreat into the shadows and darkness, and all our attention is focused on our work." Elizabeth cured her depression through painting.

6. Do Good

Do good things, get happiness, and balance your mind. Doing good things brings comfort to your heart and makes you feel at ease; when others respond, you get encouraged and feel happy. Start with yourself and be kind to others, then you will have friends. When others need help, extend your hand and show your care to them. Kindness is the most valuable quality. You can't love everyone, but you can get along with everyone as much as possible. Be passionate. Without passion, nothing can be accomplished.

7. forget

Forgetting is also a good way to maintain psychological balance. Forget the worries, forget the sorrows, forget the bitterness, forget the frustrations, forget yesterday, forget yourself, forget the hurt others have done to you, forget the betrayal of your friends, and forget the fragile feelings. Forget your past shame and humiliation... then you can be optimistic and open-minded. The road of life is full of twists and turns. If you can laugh off social attachments such as honor, disgrace, wealth, poverty, slander, jealousy, bitterness, etc., you will be liberated and mentally balanced. Forget about harmful and useless people and things, and maintain mental balance.
