What are the early symptoms of Kou Xin disease?

Coronary heart disease is a relatively common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. This disease has a certain relationship with age. The older the age, the higher the incidence rate, especially in the elderly. The incidence rate of coronary heart disease is relatively high, and it is also an important cause of death in the elderly. If you can understand the early symptoms of coronary heart disease, it will help to prevent the disease. In the early stages, patients often sweat profusely, are extremely tired, cause nausea and vomiting, or have radiating pain, etc.

What are the early symptoms of coronary heart disease?

1. Sweating profusely. The patient stayed at home and did nothing, but was inexplicably sweating profusely, his clothes were soaked, and his face was pale or grayish without any blood color. At this time, you should consider the possibility of coronary heart disease.

2. Extreme fatigue. In the early stages of coronary heart disease, patients are in much worse physical condition than before and feel extremely tired, just like when they have a cold. They are too lazy to move and don’t want to do anything. Even basic housework becomes very difficult.

3. Nausea or dizziness. One of the early symptoms of coronary heart disease is unexplained nausea, loss of appetite, and frequent dizziness.

4. Sleep quality decreases. When the pillow is low when sleeping at night, you will feel suffocated and need to lie in a high pillow position; if you suddenly wake up from a deep sleep or a nightmare, you will feel palpitations, chest tightness, and difficulty breathing, and you need to sit up to feel better.

5. Be sensitive to things around you. Hearing the sound of gongs and drums or other noises around will cause panic, chest tightness and other symptoms.

First aid measures for patients with coronary heart disease

1. Smooth breathing

Smooth and effective breathing is especially important for patients with acute coronary heart disease. Windows should be opened immediately for ventilation to keep the indoor air fresh. At the same time, unbutton the patient's collar and clear the vomit in his mouth in time to avoid accidental aspiration and airway obstruction. Family members should also continue to comfort the patient to avoid excessive tension that may cause airway spasm and suffocation. If conditions permit, oxygen can be given immediately through the nose.

2. Nitroglycerin

People with a history of coronary heart disease should always have emergency medicines on hand. Once angina pectoris occurs, you can immediately take a tablet of nitroglycerin sublingually. It will take effect within 1 to 2 minutes and the effect lasts for about half an hour. Or take 1 to 2 tablets of Xiaoxintong sublingually. It usually takes effect in 5 minutes and lasts for 2 hours.

An attack of angina pectoris can usually be relieved within a few minutes of resting and taking nitroglycerin; otherwise, the possibility of myocardial infarction should be considered. At this time, the dosage of nitroglycerin tablets can be increased to once every 3 to 5 minutes, or Guanxin Suhe Pills can be taken orally. Some spray preparations for acute attacks of coronary heart disease (such as isosorbide dinitrate aerosol) can also take effect in a short time. If the patient is restless, he can be asked to take a tablet of diazepam orally, or he can be pinched or acupunctured with acupoints such as Neiguan (located 2 inches above the transverse wrist line, equivalent to 3 horizontal fingers of the patient, between the two tendons). Of course, while carrying out the above treatment, you should quickly call the emergency center for help.

3. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

The most dangerous type of coronary heart disease attack and the most common cause of death is cardiac arrest, often called sudden coronary death.
