1. Medication:

Ingredients: 5-10g of Panax notoginseng, 10g of wolfberry

Preparation: First put the ingredients into a ceramic teacup, filter with clean water, cover with boiling water and steep for about 5 minutes. Drink when the water is warm. Soak only once a day, repeatedly until the water has no taste. The best time to drink is half an hour after a meal, as it is best absorbed at this time.

2. Diet therapy:

(1) Dried Shrimp and Tofu: 1000g tofu, 25g dried shrimp, 25g mushrooms, and appropriate seasoning. Cut the tofu into small pieces and blanch them in boiling water. 3. Massage:

(1) Push the Ren Meridian: Massage method: Press close to the abdomen, from the lower sternum to the Zhongji point (located one palm below the navel), and push and rub vigorously for about 2 minutes.

(2) Press and rub the Qi Hai point: Massage method: Use your thumb to press and rub the Qi Hai point (located two fingers below the navel) for about 1 minute.

(3) Abdominal massage: Abdominal massage can promote abdominal blood circulation and gastrointestinal motility, accelerate digestion and absorption, and thus improve the nutrition of the pancreas, correct the insufficient blood supply to the pancreas, and facilitate the recovery of insulin function. Place your hands flat on your abdomen and perform circular massage in a clockwise direction for 5 to 10 minutes each time, with a frequency of 60 to 90 times per minute.
