Disperse blood stasis and reduce swelling; kill insects. Mainly used to treat hemorrhoids, throat paralysis and ascariasis. [5]

4. Sophora japonica (fruit)

Cools blood and stops bleeding; clears the liver and improves eyesight. It is used to treat hemorrhoid bleeding, intestinal bleeding, bloody dysentery, metrorrhagia, hematuria, vomiting and bleeding due to blood heat, red eyes due to liver heat, and dizziness.
