Learn this method and you will never have to worry about too much moisture.

As technology becomes more and more advanced, modern people are suffering from more and more diseases. What I want to talk about today is a disease that often occurs in hot summers - dampness. The south is very humid and is most susceptible to dampness. People in the south also like coolness and cold, use air conditioning, drink alcohol, and lack exercise. Dampness is a concept proposed by traditional Chinese medicine, so we have to analyze and solve it from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. This article is to provide you with how traditional Chinese medicine uses acupoints to treat dampness.

Heavy dampness can cause symptoms such as loss of appetite, dizziness when waking up in the morning, nausea when brushing teeth, sticky stools that cannot be flushed cleanly, a heavy body, weight gain, and acne. In severe cases, it can cause other physical illnesses, so it is necessary to remove dampness in time. You can press these acupoints more often every day to help you get rid of dampness quickly.

Yinlingquan Point:

Appropriate stimulation of the Yinlingquan point can help clear away dampness and heat, strengthen the spleen and regulate qi, and promote blood circulation. It can also help relieve abdominal distension, diarrhea, edema, knee pain, etc.

Method of acupoint location: Sit or lie on your back. Yinlingquan acupoint is located on the inner side of the calf, in the depression below and behind the medial condyle of the tibia, between the posterior edge of the tibia and the gastrocnemius muscle, and on the origin of the soleus muscle.

Underground cave:

Diji point has strong antispasmodic, analgesic, qi-promoting and blood-activating effects, and can be used to assist in relieving abdominal pain, diarrhea, edema, menstrual disorders and other conditions.

Method of finding the acupoint: It is located on the inner side of the human body's calf, 3 inches directly below the Yinlingquan acupoint, that is, on the line connecting the tip of the inner ankle and the Yinlingquan acupoint, at the posterior edge of the inner side of the tibia.

Spleen Meridian:

It is the He point of the spleen meridian. The spleen meridian qi starting from the toes goes deeper into the body, which can strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness. It is located below the knee, along the inner side of the calf bone, and the depression when it turns inward is the Yinlingquan. You should massage this area with your fingers every day. You can do it at any time when you are free, but make sure you do it for a total of more than 10 minutes a day. If you have spleen dampness in your body, it will hurt when you press here, but if you persist in massaging, you will find that the pain will gradually subside, which means that your spleen dampness is getting better.

Tianshu Point:

Tianshu point belongs to the stomach meridian and is connected to the large intestine. It is the best acupoint for clearing the intestines and expelling old stool, and is truly a great acupoint for weight loss. This is why many people have to go to the toilet after tapping the Tianshu point. If the intestines are unobstructed, fat will not accumulate. The Tianshu point is located three fingers away from the belly button. Do this at least twice a day for 5 to 10 minutes each time.

Chengshan Point:

It is the most effective acupuncture point for removing moisture from the human body, and its effect is similar to that of red bean and barley porridge. Because Chengshan acupoint is on the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang, and the Bladder Meridian controls the body's yang energy, stimulating it can expel moisture from the body by invigorating the yang energy of the Bladder Meridian.

Regularly massaging these dehumidifying points can improve the symptoms of heavy dampness.
