④It should not be used for a long time when treating amenorrhea or galactorrhea.

⑤ When treating infertility, it is advisable to rule out pituitary tumors first.

⑥ Pregnancy is possible during treatment. If contraception is necessary, non-estrogen contraceptives or other measures can be used.

⑦ If used in combination with levodopa, the levodopa dose needs to be reduced by 12.5% ​​for every 10 mg of this product added.

Adverse reactions are dose-dependent and reversible. However, some patients may experience nausea, vomiting, and orthostatic hypotension at any dose. Common nasal catarrh symptoms. Psychotic changes may occur at high doses. Some patients experience calf cramps, cold limbs, bradycardia or acute left heart failure. Adverse reactions such as blurred vision, liver dysfunction, and gastrointestinal bleeding have also been reported. It is contraindicated in patients with severe angina pectoris, history of severe mental illness, peripheral vascular disease, ulcer disease and liver disease. Not suitable for use by pregnant women. Griseofulvin may reduce the efficacy of this product in the treatment of acromegaly.

Indications : It is mainly used for the treatment of: anti-parkinsonism, amenorrhea or galactorrhea, inhibition of physiological lactation, premenstrual syndrome caused by excessive prolactin, acromegaly, female infertility and Huntington's disease. It is clinically used to treat Parkinson's disease and reproductive system dysfunction related to prolactin, such as amenorrhea, galactorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, puerperal mastitis, fibrocystic breast tumor, male impotence or loss of libido. It can also be used for pituitary adenomas, etc.

Dosage and Administration ①Parystole: Start with 1.25 mg each time, 1 to 2 times a day, gradually increase the dose within 2 weeks, and increase by 2.5 mg every 2 to 4 weeks if necessary to find the minimum satisfactory dose. The daily dose should be 20 mg.

②Amenorrhea or galactorrhea: Start with 2.5 mg per day, gradually increase to 2 to 3 times a day within 1 week, 2.5 mg each time.

③ Inhibit physiological lactation: 2.5 mg each time, twice a day, for 2 consecutive weeks, and can be used until the 21st day if necessary.

④ Female infertility: start with 2.5 mg/time daily, increase to 2.5 mg within 1 week, 2 to 3 times a day.

⑤ Premenstrual syndrome caused by increased prolactin: Start taking 1.25 mg daily on the 14th day of the premenstrual period, increase by 1.25 mg daily until the dose reaches 2.5 mg twice a day, and take this dose until the menstruation comes.
