Toothache is a very common disease. It is no longer just a sore tooth. Some people may also have swollen and painful gums, bulging gums, and severe toothache when encountering hot, cold, sour or sweet foods. It is quite harmful. It is caused by not paying attention to oral hygiene and damage to the surrounding areas of the teeth. When toothache occurs, a small amount of folk remedies are needed to regulate it. This is not only effective but also harmless.

Toothache is a common disease. Its performance is:

Red and swollen gums, pain when exposed to cold or hot stimuli, swollen cheeks, etc. Toothaches are mostly caused by infection of the dental pulp (dental nerve) due to gingivitis and periodontitis, caries (cavities) or fractured teeth. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that toothache is caused by exogenous wind evil, excessive stomach fire, kidney deficiency and fire, and tooth erosion. Gingivitis is a common periodontal disease. It is caused by not paying attention to oral hygiene, long-term stimulation of the teeth by soft plaque and hard tartar formed by food residues and bacteria around the teeth, incorrect brushing habits, vitamin deficiency and other reasons.

Home remedies for toothache As the saying goes, "Toothache is not a disease, but it is really painful when it happens." When you have a toothache, in addition to going to the hospital to see a doctor, some folk remedies can sometimes have an analgesic effect.

1. When you have a toothache, you can cut a small piece of ginger and bite it on the painful area. You can reuse it when necessary, and it is also okay to hold it in your mouth when you sleep.

2. Apply honey to the area where you have a toothache. It will heal in a few minutes and will also leave your mouth with a fragrant smell.

3. Use a toothpick to pick up a little Yunnan Baiyao and add a drop of boiling water to make it into a paste. Then dip the toothpick in the Yunnan Baiyao paste and apply it to the painful area. Generally, the pain will stop after 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Hold aloe vera in your mouth: Cut a small piece of aloe vera, peel off the skin, and hold the pulp containing sticky liquid in the painful area. It will relieve itself in 2 to 3 hours.

5. Apply ice: Just like treating a bruise, applying ice to the area of ​​your cheek where the tooth hurts can help relieve the pain. Apply for 15 minutes each time, at least 3 to 4 times a day.

6. Crush 1 to 2 pills of Liushen Pills and place them on the gums of the affected teeth for 5 to 10 minutes, once a day, usually not more than 3 times.

7. Take a few Liushen Pills, place them in the caries cavity, and bite them tightly to relieve the pain.

8. Grind appropriate amounts of camphor and borneol into fine powder, apply it to the toothache area, and let the patient inhale it to relieve the pain.

9. Take 10 lychees, stuff a little salt into their flesh, simmer until dry, grind into powder, and rub on the painful area.

10. Take 120 grams of aged vinegar and 30 grams of peppercorns, boil for 10 minutes, hold them in your mouth for 3-5 minutes after they become wet, and spit them out (do not swallow them), which can relieve toothache.

11. Take an appropriate amount of garlic, mash it, and apply it to the painful area after warming it to relieve symptoms such as pulpitis, periodontitis and toothache.

12. Take 10 grams of white pepper, grind it into powder, add white wine to make it into a paste, and put it into the tooth cavity 4 times.

13. Take an appropriate amount of beehive, add an appropriate amount of pure alcohol, light it on fire, and when the beehive burns into black ash, dip your finger in the ash and apply it to the affected tooth. It usually takes 4 to 5 minutes to relieve the pain.

14. Take garlic, mash it, apply it to the painful area after warming it up to treat symptoms such as pulpitis, periodontitis and toothache.

15. Dissolve MSG in warm water at a concentration of 1:50, hold the solution in your mouth for a while and then spit it out. Do this several times in a row, and after two days the toothache will be cured.

16. Take 100 grams of ordinary white wine and put it in a teacup, add 10 grams of salt; stir, and after the salt is dissolved, put it on the stove and boil it. Hold a mouthful of it at the painful area, be careful not to swallow it, and the toothache will stop immediately.
