At the same time, improving mood is also the best choice for treating neurotic gastric disease.

Neurogenic gastropathy, also known as gastric neurosis, is a disease characterized by gastric symptoms and accompanied by systemic symptoms. Its occurrence is often related to excessive mental stress or mental trauma. Long-term strong stimulation, excessive fatigue and depression affect the normal movement and secretion of the stomach, resulting in functional disorders. The main clinical manifestations include nervous vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort, pain, burning sensation, warmth, anorexia, heartburn and gastric motility disorders, and are often accompanied by other symptoms of neurosis such as insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, headache, memory loss, palpitations and nervousness. The patient's clinical symptoms were closely related to his mood changes, and no abnormal organic lesions were found after repeated examinations using various instruments and tests such as barium meals and gastroscopy.

Pay attention to the general treatment of patients with stomach problems, such as a reasonable work and rest system and eating habits, adequate rest, no smoking and drinking, and no coffee and strong tea. At the same time, the content of gastric acid should be reduced and the protection of the mucous membrane layer that is in direct contact with gastric acid should be strengthened.

It is caused by poor gastrointestinal motility. Regular and hygienic diet and eating more foods rich in fiber can promote defecation. Oral medications to protect the gastric mucosa and gastrointestinal motility drugs can cure it.
