Women experience pain during their menstrual period, which is also called dysmenorrhea. When dysmenorrhea occurs, it has a relatively large impact on women, and they often feel abnormal pain. If it is more serious, taking painkillers, massage, and hot compresses are all good ways to relieve the pain. In addition, you can drink some hot tea, get enough rest, and maintain an optimistic and cheerful attitude, which will help to relieve the pain.

3. Massage method: Rub the palms of the patient together until they become warm, and massage the lower abdomen below the navel in a clockwise direction for about 200 times. Or press and rub the Zusanli and Sanyinjiao points for 1 minute each.

4. Hot compress: Hot compress on the lower abdomen can help relieve uterine spasms, promote blood circulation in the abdomen, and relieve dysmenorrhea. If you use heated Chinese medicine for hot compress, the effects of promoting blood circulation, activating meridians, promoting qi and relieving pain will be better.
