Pregnant women's body temperature changes during the day

In daily life, pregnant women should not only pay attention to their living and eating habits, but also pay attention to various changes in their bodies. Pregnant women are prone to some physical illness symptoms during pregnancy. For example, their body temperature will be much higher than that of normal people and will show signs of gradually rising. Therefore, pregnant women should understand the changes in their body temperature during a day during pregnancy.

One of the symptoms of early pregnancy is increased body temperature. The basal body temperature is around 37°C, and the increased body temperature will continue until the second trimester. This is mainly due to hormonal changes. Generally speaking, a woman's basal body temperature will change with the menstrual period. Before and after menstruation, the body temperature will be maintained at around 36.5℃ under the action of estrogen, and then gradually decrease. The body temperature will be lowest during ovulation. After ovulation or conception, the body temperature will rise by 0.3-0.5℃ due to the influence of progesterone. The body temperature returns to normal when the next menstruation comes or the day before it.

The body temperature rises in the early stages of pregnancy because after ovulation, the follicle forms a corpus luteum and secretes progesterone, which can increase body temperature. If the egg is fertilized and pregnancy occurs, the corpus luteum continues to secrete progesterone, so the body temperature remains at a higher level. A woman's body temperature remains stable after pregnancy. If the body temperature changes, it will be maintained within the range of 36.9℃--37.2℃. If your body temperature fluctuates, it may be a sign of corpus luteum deficiency. Insufficient corpus luteum can easily lead to miscarriage or infertility.

The above is an introduction to the changes in body temperature during one day in the early stages of pregnancy. In short, when there is a large change in body temperature, it should be taken seriously. For pregnant women who have experienced miscarriage, they should go to the hospital for examination in time and take appropriate measures. In addition, if a pregnant woman has an abnormally high body temperature and feels uncomfortable in the early stages of pregnancy, she should suspect she has a fever and it is recommended that she go to the hospital for examination and timely treatment.
