4/ Lie flat on your back with your arms straight. Bend your knees slightly and lift your legs to sit and tread water. This exercise can effectively exercise the leg and abdominal muscles!

5/ Do push-ups, support yourself with your hands, lift one leg out to the side of your body, hold for a while, then switch to the other leg.

9/ Lie flat on your back, stretch your arms naturally, bend your knees and bring your legs together, lift them up and make circles. This can effectively exercise multiple muscle groups.
