The effect of hawthorn yeast tablets

Yeast tablets, also known as yeast extract, are often used clinically to treat indigestion. This is a habitual incorrect usage because the drug does not have a digestive effect. This medicine is rich in B vitamins, amino acids and trace element chromium, and is a nutritional supplement.

Recent studies have shown that the trace element chromium contained in this medicine is an important component of an enzyme in sugar metabolism; it is also a component of the enzyme that breaks down proteins; and it is also directly involved in the control of blood sugar levels. Chromium has an activating effect on insulin in the body.

Chromium can only be obtained from food, but due to the controlled diet, it is difficult for diabetics to get enough chromium from food. According to expert advice and clinical observations, regular use of yeast tablets has been shown to have a good therapeutic effect on diabetic patients and is safe and has no adverse reactions.

2. Eating yeast tablets frequently has side effects

The main reason for diarrhea if you eat too much yeast tablets is the imbalance of bacterial flora. The beneficial bacteria and harmful bacteria in the human intestine are in a state of balance. When a large amount of yeast tablets (yeast) are supplemented, the balance of bacterial flora will be broken and the body will take protective measures (diarrhea is eliminated from the body). The principle is the same as that some antibiotics or bacteriostats cannot be used for a long time, otherwise it will cause symptoms of bacterial imbalance such as indigestion, constipation, and diarrhea.

Note: It is not a good thing to have too many or too few beneficial bacteria or harmful bacteria! If you have no other symptoms, it is best to use diet therapy to treat constipation (such as eating less irritating foods: tobacco, alcohol, chili peppers, etc.; eating more fruits and vegetables; drinking more soup, etc.), exercise more to promote gastrointestinal emptying, and avoid sitting for a long time. If constipation is severe and medication is required, it should be taken according to the dosage and course of treatment.
