Benefits of dredging the bladder meridian

Normally, clearing the bladder meridian helps to open up the bladder meridian, which is very beneficial to the health of the body. We know that the bladder meridian is the largest detoxification channel in the human body. Normally, strengthening the clearing of the bladder meridian is beneficial to the health of the human body and the detoxification work. It has a good beauty and skin care effect for women. It is quite beneficial to the health of the body. For example, it can achieve certain results in treating eye diseases.

The human body has three major detoxification pathways

The first is the channel for excreting urine through the ureter, which is the largest channel for excreting toxins from the body; the second is the channel for excreting dirt from the body through feces; in fact, the excretion of toxins through urine is more important for the human body, because even if a person does not defecate for 10 days, it will not have any impact on life, but if he does not urinate for 3 days, then the person will be in danger; the third detoxification channel is the pores, which excrete toxins from the body through sweating. Of course, some toxins can also be excreted through coughing, runny nose and tears.

The bladder meridian controls two channels, urine and sweat, so it must not be blocked. In addition, the bladder meridian is directly connected to the internal organs, and can expel toxins from the internal organs through the back of the bladder meridian in a timely manner, so the bladder meridian is still the simplest and most effective channel for detoxification.

1. To treat any eye disease including myopia: press and rub the Qingming point. The bladder meridian starts from the head, then runs along the back of the head to the Zhiyin point at the edge of the little toe on the outside of the foot. Jingming is its first acupoint. First, pinch the root of the nose with the tips of your thumbs, don't use too much force, and then press vertically deep into the eyes, keeping your eyes closed while pressing (for all the acupoints that improve eyesight, you should close your eyes when pressing), then press and release, press again and release again, do this 9 times, and this acupoint will really work.

2. To treat eye diseases and fever: massage the Zanzhu point. The Zanzhu point is located next to the eyebrows.
