My skin is itchy and red spots appear when I scratch it. What's going on?

The skin itches and red spots appear when scratched. This is mainly caused by skin allergies. There are many reasons for skin allergies, such as external dust and pollen, and the hot or cold weather. There are also internal reasons, such as poor diet, eating foods that are prone to allergies, and eating spoiled food.

My skin is itchy and red spots appear when I scratch it. What's going on?

Consider skin allergy. Skin allergy: Mainly refers to when the skin is stimulated by various stimuli such as adverse reactions to cosmetics, chemicals, pollen and certain foods, polluted air, etc., causing skin allergy symptoms such as redness, itching, peeling and allergic dermatitis.

Common symptoms of skin allergies:

1. Redness, itching, and swelling of the skin under sterile conditions are common in people with congenitally fragile skin;

2. Eczema is prone to occur during seasonal changes. It has weak resistance to ultraviolet rays and can cause skin allergies to synthetic fiber fabrics, too strong perfumes, changes in water quality, etc. Skin allergies are generally caused by eating seafood, using or touching substances containing metals, breathing air containing plant pollen, and reacting to objects or insects.

3. Various reasons lead to the lack of congestion in capillaries, causing blood circulation disorders, which in turn lead to skin allergies;

4. Skin allergies caused by certain cosmetics. No matter how high-end the cosmetics and skin care products are, they are nothing more than a mixture of colorants, oils, fragrances, alcohol and other materials. Various pearl creams, ginseng creams and various medicinal powders are just various medicinal ingredients added to colorants, oils, fragrances and alcohol. Studies have shown that the basic ingredients and fragrance substances of cosmetics or skin care products may cause skin sensitivity and discomfort.

What should I do if my skin becomes itchy and red spots or lumps appear when I scratch it?

1. Chilled method: Wet a piece of paper mask with water, refrigerate it in the refrigerator for a while, then unfold the paper mask and cover your face. The itchy feeling on your face due to allergies will disappear instantly, and the same goes for other parts of your body. Note: Do not scratch excessively. Excessive scratching can aggravate many skin diseases. For example, it can make the skin of neurodermatitis gradually rough and thickened; it can further spread acute eczema and aggravate exudation.

2. How to wipe with salt water: Prepare 150 ml of warm water, then add 1 tablespoon of salt. After the salt is completely dissolved, use a cotton ball dipped in salt water to apply to the itchy area, which can easily relieve the itching. Note: Avoid using alkaline detergents. Patients with chapped hand eczema have the habit of repeatedly washing their hands with alkaline soap, laundry detergent or detergent. In fact, these cleaning products can easily make the skin drier, aggravating chapped skin and itching.

3. How to apply old ginger: Mash 1 piece of fresh old ginger into a paste, wrap it in gauze, and apply it to the affected area. 10-20 minutes each time, 1-2 times a day, the therapeutic effect is significant. Note: Avoid washing with hot water. Hot water washing can increase the permeability of capillaries, promote the release of a large amount of allergic substances, lead to increased exudation and erosion, and worsen the condition.

4. How to drink nettle leaf tea: Nettle is irritating, but drinking nettle leaf tea is absolutely safe. Soak nettle leaves for 10-15 minutes before drinking for better anti-allergy effects. Note: Some people may develop allergic skin diseases such as eczema and urticaria, or have their symptoms aggravated, by eating seafood, dog meat, beef, mutton, fish, shrimp, crab, silkworm pupae and various irritating foods, such as chili peppers, peppercorns, garlic, cinnamon, leeks, etc.
