Why do we sweat?

Why do we sweat?

Physical sweating is quite common in life. Physical sweating is often caused by physical weakness. The most common one is kidney deficiency. In addition, occasional cold wind may also cause physical sweating. In addition, lung and spleen qi deficiency, heart and spleen blood deficiency, or yin deficiency and fire excess may all cause physical sweating. When physical sweating is more serious, you must pay attention to diet conditioning and strengthen the role of diet therapy.

Why do we sweat?

1. If the body is weak inside, it will manifest as loose skin and muscles, and occasional exposure to wind evil, which can lead to imbalance of the Ying and Wei systems and subsequent sweating.

2. Deficiency of lung and spleen qi. After a serious illness, the body is weak, or the constitution is insufficient. The lung and spleen feel weak, resulting in loose skin and muscles, and then sweating.

3. Deficiency of blood in the heart and spleen, excessive thinking all day, or long-term blood disease, which causes the blood in the heart to be consumed secretly, leading to the loss of body fluids and subsequent sweating.

4. Yin deficiency and excessive fire. If you are not careful in your daily life and overwork, it will lead to deficiency of essence and blood, which will cause internal generation of false fire and then external sweating.

5. If the evil heat is accumulated and the liver qi rises and turns into fire, or if you usually prefer to eat spicy and greasy food, the gastrointestinal tract will produce accumulated heat, or the spleen will not function properly, which will turn into heat over time. Then there is sweating. Therefore, generally speaking, the occurrence of spontaneous sweating must be due to a problem in an organ inside the body, which can manifest itself as symptoms of spontaneous sweating. This is also a signal sent by the body, which requires everyone to pay attention to it.
