1. Ginger + brown sugar + garlic

4. Scallion porridge: 50 grams of rice, 5 slices of ginger, 5 pieces of scallion with roots, 5 ml of rice vinegar, add appropriate amount of water to cook porridge, drink while hot.

5. Almond and radish decoction: 10 grams of almonds (sweet), 3 slices of ginger, 100 grams of white radish, decocted in water, 1 dose per day.
