What can't be eaten with the Queen Flower?

Many people may not know what the Queen of the Night is and what it should not be eaten with. The Queen of the Night has many functions and effects. First of all, it has the function of clearing heat and moistening the lungs. People who often suffer from symptoms of coughing and sputum can often use the Queen of the Night to make tea, which can relieve cough and reduce phlegm. Queen of the Night also has the effect of detoxification and swelling. Let’s take a closer look at what Queen of the Night should not be eaten with.

The queen of flowers is a plant of the genus Hyacinthus in the Cactaceae family. It is native to the tropical rain forests of Mexico and South America and is now cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions around the world. In my country, it is mainly distributed in Guangdong and Guangxi, with Guangzhou, Zhaoqing, Foshan, Lingnan and other cities as the main production areas. Its flower products are very popular in domestic and foreign markets, and are mainly used to make flower dishes and soups to achieve the purpose of strengthening the body, clearing away excess energy and maintaining health.

1. Clear away heat and moisten the lungs. It is very practical for people with lung diseases such as lung disease and pneumonia. Using it to make tea regularly can play a role in maintenance and rest. Chinese medicine focuses on internal regulation. If the lungs are well maintained, lung diseases will naturally be reduced.

2. Relieve cough and reduce phlegm. It is very practical for people with pharyngitis. You can also drink Bawanghua tea if you have a severe cold or cough. It plays a maintenance role, and some medicines are toxic, especially for children. Drinking a little tea can eliminate the pain without leaving any sequelae.

3. Detoxify and reduce swelling. "Poison" refers to some toxins inside the body, staying up late and irregular work and rest schedules, etc. Drinking more Queen Flower can prolong your life.

How to eat King Flower:

1. The main purpose of using the queen flower in cooking is to make delicious traditional soup. The soup made from king flower has the effects of clearing the heart and moistening the lungs, clearing away heat and relieving fever, and removing phlegm and relieving cough.

2 Secondly, the soup made from the king flower has obvious therapeutic effects in the auxiliary treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular diseases, pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchitis, cervical lymph node tuberculosis, mumps, etc., as well as the function of nourishing and beautifying the skin.

3 Moreover, after the king flower is made into soup, it has a refreshing fragrance and sweet and smooth soup, which is deeply loved by the Cantonese people who are "soup-makers". It is an excellent ingredient for refreshing and nourishing soup. When making soup, Guangdong people are used to stewing pork bones with king flower, adding candied dates or a little monk fruit, and stewing for 1-2 hours to make a delicious soup.

4 You can also use Queen Flower with pig tongue, pig lung, lean meat, chicken, winter melon and other ingredients to make soup, which is sweet, fragrant and beneficial. Queen flower can be eaten fresh, dipped in sugar water;

5 You can also use fresh Queen of the Night flowers to make soup: pick the Queen of the Night flowers that are blooming proudly but still slightly dewy, and then rinse them slowly with a stream of tap water, both to clean the whole flower and to protect the nectar from being washed away. Pinch off the roots and twist them gently, and a long flower heart will be pulled out (usually reserved for other uses). Finally, tear the flower into 4 petals and put them into the casserole in turn with various ingredients that have been boiled in water. Slowly simmer on low heat for about 2 hours and season to serve.

5 The main ingredient for making soup with the king of queen flowers is the dried finished product. The local people collect the clean flowers in summer and autumn, cut the king of queen flowers longitudinally (the bases are connected), steam them slightly, and dry them for later use.
