④ Hawthorn and malt soup: 15 grams each of raw hawthorn and fried malt, decoct in water twice, drink it twice a day, and continue drinking for several days. Taking this medicine can help eliminate symptoms quickly for those who suffer from indigestion and persistent bloating.

4. Take charcoal tablets

Activated charcoal is effective in eliminating excess gas. Take 5 capsules immediately when you feel unwell. But if you are taking other medications, be aware that charcoal particles will absorb not only gases but also the drug ingredients.
