Does saline solution for eye bags work?

Now more and more people, the most common thing after waking up every morning is to get rid of annoying eye bags. Some will choose to cover them with cosmetics, and some have their own little tricks. In fact, if the eye bags are relatively large, they can be removed with some simple methods. You can apply salt water to the eye bags, and use cotton pads. In life, you should pay attention to not drinking water before going to bed, and do a good eye massage before going to bed.

Salt water + cotton pad is effective in removing eye bags without causing wrinkles. First, prepare a spoonful of table salt and two cotton pads. Put the salt in a cup, add hot water and stir, then soak the cotton pads. After cleansing, apply cotton pads soaked in saline solution to both eyes. After 10-15 minutes, remove the cotton pads and rinse with clean water. Using salt water for hot compress can, firstly, accelerate blood circulation through the effect of heat, and secondly, use the swelling-reducing effect of salt to remove bags under the eyes.

Loosening and atrophy of the eyelid skin and edema of the connective tissue under the eyes can cause bags under the eyes. Eye bags can be divided into two categories: congenital and acquired. Congenital eye bags are not effectively treated with conservative treatment and can only be corrected through surgery. Most people's eye bags are acquired. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the root cause of eye bags is weak spleen and stomach. Therefore, the treatment of acquired eye bags requires strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi, fundamentally eliminating the soil that causes eye bags.

To eliminate eye bags, you should pay attention to the following aspects: 1. Don't stay up late and develop a good habit of going to bed early and getting up early. Poor sleep is one of the causes of eye bags, so you must ensure that you get enough sleep and good sleep quality every day. 2. It is best not to drink water before going to bed, otherwise, water may accumulate under the eyes, causing swollen eyelids when you wake up the next day. 3. You can use natural eye compress tools, such as fresh cucumber slices. You can also collect the tea leaves you just drank, put them in a clean gauze to make a tea bag, put it in the refrigerator to freeze, and then take it out and apply it on the eyes. 4. After cleansing each time, gently press the eye bags with the tip of your ring finger. You can also gently lift the skin from the inside to the outside. Keep massaging every day.
