4. What to do if your urine smells bad

1. Drink plenty of water, maintain more than 3000cc of water per day; empty the bladder at least once every 3 to 4 hours; avoid irritating foods, alcohol or coffee; consume more fruits containing vitamin C, orange, lemon, and plum juice to keep urine acidic; take a shower.

2. Urinate before and after sex; do not hold urine, especially pregnant women; take medication according to the doctor's instructions, and do not stop taking medication without permission after the symptoms are relieved;

3. Patients with diabetes, urinary stones, thyroid hypertrophy and other diseases that are prone to urinary tract infections should be careful and receive appropriate treatment.

4. Participate in some physical exercises every day, such as Tai Chi, jogging, walking, etc., to increase your body's immunity. Patients with smelly urine should eat a light diet. You should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis.
