How are pelvic floor disorders treated?
The pelvic floor is what people call the bottom of the pelvic cavity. It is a very special part, especially for women, because the pelvic floor is the gathering place of various physiological tissues and organs, which has a great impact on women's physiological health. Among them, the discomfort caused by pelvic floor diseases is very common and has a great impact. It needs to be treated immediately. Let's take a look at how to treat pelvic floor diseases.

Generally speaking, pregnancy and childbirth are important causes of pelvic floor muscle damage. During pregnancy, as the fetus grows, the force acting on the pelvic floor muscles gradually increases, and the elasticity of the muscles is challenged. During childbirth, the pelvic floor muscles are squeezed and pulled even more. In addition, if the weight gain during pregnancy is too much, exceeding 20kg, or if the baby gives birth multiple times and the fetus is large, it may lead to difficult labor during delivery, and forceps may be needed to remove the fetus, which can easily cause damage to the pelvic floor muscles.

Once the pelvic floor muscles are damaged , the organs in the pelvic cavity cannot maintain their normal position, leading to corresponding functional disorders, such as vaginal relaxation, pelvic floor muscle organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, sexual dysfunction, etc. Pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training can not only help mothers regain their figure, but also provide targeted training for the eight muscles of the pelvic floor 42 days after delivery, reducing the possibility of bladder prolapse and uterine prolapse, and minimizing various physical abnormalities caused by childbirth.

Electrical stimulation and biofeedback are based on the individual's tolerance level. Appropriate pulse current is given through the vaginal treatment head to stimulate proprioception, regulate neuromuscular excitability, enable muscles to passively contract and relax, promote local blood circulation, relieve pain, etc. Biofeedback combined with scene reflex training can allow patients to intuitively feel signals that are usually not easy to detect, thereby enhancing the perception of the pelvic floor and the understanding of their own functional status. Biofeedback strengthens the patient's awareness of active participation, guides the patient to perform correct and independent pelvic floor training, enhances the muscle's ability to control urine, restores the coordination, strength and elasticity of the pelvic floor muscles, and restores pelvic floor function. At the same time, it prevents and treats pelvic floor disorders such as postpartum urinary incontinence, organ prolapse, sexual dissatisfaction, vaginal relaxation, etc.
