How to cure plantar warts on feet

The foot is an important part of the human body and is responsible for walking. If there is a problem with the feet, especially if there is a certain degree of pain, it will greatly affect a person's travel. Plantar warts are a relatively common skin problem on the feet. When this symptom occurs, timely treatment must be carried out. Specific treatment methods are divided into general treatment, external treatment with Chinese medicine, and diet therapy.

1. General treatment methods

Local treatment: laser or freezing. Most hospitals use this service. It is a physical treatment and is prone to recurrence.

Surgical treatment: The keratin layer of plantar warts is removed by excision or corrosion. It is a physical treatment and is prone to recurrence.

Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine: Soak the affected area with Chinese medicine such as horsetail and cyperus rotundus. The treatment is slow, thorough, painless, non-irritating, and will not recur.

Western medicine treatment: Apply wet compresses to the affected area. The treatment is fast, thorough, painless and will not recur.

Combination of Chinese and Western medicine: Clinically, soak the affected area with the traditional Chinese medicine liquid of Plantar Wart Kang, apply the Plantar Wart Kang liquid after soaking, and keep using it until recovery.

2. External Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Apply Qianjinsan topically. Soak the black plum meat in salt water for a day and night, mash it into a paste, and apply a small amount to the affected area each time. Take 30g each of Equisetum arvense, Cyperus rotundus, Isatis root, Prunus mume, and Clematis chinensis, and 15g of Isatis indigotica, decoct them in water and soak the affected area. Take one dose daily. The residue can be decocted again. Soak 2 to 3 times for each dose, each time for 30 minutes.

Apply to the wart and seal it with adhesive tape.

Recommendation: Plantar warts are caused by human viral infection and traumatic treatments are not recommended.

3. Diet therapy

Job's tears porridge: Take 50g of freshly harvested Job's tears, remove impurities, wash and clean, add appropriate amount of water, boil it with high heat, then simmer until it becomes porridge, add a little white sugar, and take it on an empty stomach. Once a day.

Cold-mixed dandelion: Take 300g of fresh dandelion, wash it, blanch it with boiling water, add sesame oil, MSG and fine salt, and eat it cold. Once a day.

Cyperus rotundus and eggs: Take 200g of processed Cyperus rotundus, grind it into fine powder, and divide it into 15 portions for later use. Crush 1 egg and mix it with 1 portion of Cyperus rotundus; take 15mL of peanut oil, heat it in a pan, add the mixed Cyperus rotundus and egg, fry until cooked, add 10mL of rice vinegar, and eat while hot. Once a day.

Safflower tea: Take 9-10g of safflower and brew it with boiling water instead of tea. Discard it when the color becomes light. Take 1 dose daily.

In addition, you should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables to ensure adequate vitamins. The bowel movements also need to be kept smooth. Patients with plantar warts should develop good eating habits in their daily lives.
